Shipping Range
- Countries: We currently only ship within Australia and New Zealand. We can not ship to P.O boxes, military bases or diplomatic locations.
- Future Expansion: Expansion to other shipping areas is being considered.
Shipping Costs
- Within Australia and New Zealand: Free shipping on all orders.
- No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly stated at checkout.
Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Last Order Time: 5pm New Zealand Time Monday to Friday.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
Transit Time
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Business Days: Our business days are Monday to Friday, therefore shipments will only occur Monday to Friday.
- Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.
- Total Delivery Time: It will take a total of 6-9 business days, Monday to Friday to receive your order.
- Holiday / Peak Season Delays: During peak periods (eg: Christmas, Easter, etc), delivery times may be longer. Check our website for updates.
Shipping Process
- Reliable Courier Services: We typically ship via DHL, NZ Post and Australia Post. Other couriers may be used.
- Insured Shipments: All shipments include basic insurance against loss or damage in transit. Claims require proof of damage (photos) and must be filed within 14 days of delivery. Contact our customer services in case of loss or damage during transit.

Missing Items Procedure
- Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer services team within 7 days of receiving your package via support@zapitzy.com.
- Resolution: Missing item claims will be investigated within 3 business days, Monday to Friday. If confirmed, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund within 5 business days, Monday to Friday.
Refunds & Returns
- We offer customers in Australia and New Zealand the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of the delivery date without providing any reason.
- Other reasons a customer may request a refund and return can include damaged or defective goods, incorrect items, and non-delivery.
